*Average turn-around time for in-house repairs is one business day (may vary if parts are required). Repairs that do not require parts may be completed on the same day.
**For Rush Rate repairs, the repair will be looked at by the next available technician. Please email us if you have any questions regarding Service/On-Site rates and restrictions. Clickon Mac Solutions does not give technical support via email.

Service Orders are first come first serve. Priority repairs are available by request. Clients must backup their own data, as CLICKON MAC SOLUTIONS is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any data contained on the equipment repaired by CLICKON MAC SOLUTIONS. A $35 service charge for evaluation of equipment is charged to EVERY Service Repair Order except if the problem is covered under warranty (Clickon Macs or AppleCare) in which case the fee will be waived. 90 Day parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated. Service is billable in 30min increments after the first hour. Equipment abandoned after 30 Days may be either sold or disposed of at Clickon Mac Solutions' discretion.
